Description of problem: In IPA Server Configuration, Default e-mail domain accepting invalid inputs.

Steps to Reproduce:[[BR]] 1.Add special characters in Default e-mail domain field (see attachment)
Actual Result:[[BR]] Accepting all type of characters(example !!!!!!ές)[[BR]]
Expected results:[[BR]] It should reject
