For different ID range types there are possible conflicts when allocating ID from one range will actually touch another range.
- Define logic for two overlapping ranges with different origin (which range to split to give space to the other) - Connect ID range changes to DNA plugin configuration - CLI to test range conflicts - Given existing ranges, take ID followed by the range it comes from and report what changes will be needed (if any) in ID range configuration
