Moving to the same bucket as #3588 so that both can be done at once. It does not make much sense to separate these efforts.

To sum up discussion from the mailing list:

• A new field should be added to user/host adder dialog, to enable setting the value of the userClass attribute on object creation (user-add, host-add)
• A new field should be added to user/host details facet, to enable displaying/modifying the value of the userClass attribute (user-mod, host-mod)

Adjusting time plan - 3.4 development was postponed as we focused on 3.3.x testing and stabilization.
