pki-core currently owns the IPA certificate profile. This has been problematic for a while, forcing us to ask them to make changes on our behalf.
Opened BZ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=916289 against pki-core to start the process of switching ownership.
A user should not notice a difference.
Closing this as a duplicate of ticket#4002. Even though this ticket is older, I'd prefer to close it as the duplicate since ticket#4002 is linked to a bugzilla already.
