This ticket calls for a creation of the light weight RADIUS server that will act as a proxy between KDC and either external RADIUS server or would do internal auth via bind.

Isn't the lightweight RADIUS server done in scope of Fedora 19 test days? If yes, should we also include it in FreeIPA or leave it for example only in FreeIPA.org wiki?
