MIT Kerberos supports a dictionary verification for 'black listed' passwords to reject them when a user sets a bad password.

Please add this support into FreeIPA

There are billions of cracked passwords on lists in the net. Instead of forcing users to change and write down passwords every 90 days it would be much more reasonable to reject bad passwords right from the start.
