The part 'Default-First-Site-Name' can vary between Windows installations. It depends on server localication and load balancing configuration.

Rather than avoid, we need to find out how to get the correctly localized name on clients. I think this can be done via CLDAP ping packet.
Just to be clear, the CLDAP ping packet should be used anyway to discover the 'right' site the client belongs too that is used to find the 'closest' servers the client should try to contact in preference.
