rpc.py raises NetworkError with _('any of the configured servers') as the URI, which doesn't work as expected:

ipalib.errors.NetworkError: cannot connect to Gettext('any of the configured servers', domain='ipa', localedir=None): http://127.0.0.1:8888/ipa/xml, https://vm-111.idm.lab.bos.redhat.com/ipa/xml
For translations' sake, it would be better to have "cannot connect to any of the configured servers" as a single translatable string.
