We need to be able to enroll nodes into a realm that is not listed in SRV records. Patch attached.

The use case for this spawned from us having an existing IPA 1.x realm that must stay online and all clients need the SRV records to be for IPA 1.x. All of our IPA 2.x nodes have local configuration files for all resources and ipa-client-install was not allowing us to specify a server/realm for our IPA 2.x realm even though the logic in the discovery was overriding what we passed in as an option.
Example: ipa-client-install --realm NEW.EXAMPLE.ORG --server ipa2server.example.org --domain example.org
