#3011 ipadb_iterate() does not handle match_entry == NULL

There was an issue reported on #freeipa

"<social> anyone having crash on kdb5_util when trying to dump database?"

It turns out that ipadb_filter_escape() receives NULL as input. The reason was that kdb5_utils used NULL as input to krb5_db_iterate() to indicate that all principals should be returned.
