#3004 [RFE] Add selinuxusermaptest command to simulate use of selinuxusermap access control.

It would be useful to have selinuxusermaptest command to show if the selinuxusermap is valid. If a hbacrule is included there maybe nested{groups,hosts} and in selinuxusermap only the hbac rule name is displayed. Having selinuxusermaptest would be helpful for an admin to verify for a particular user.
