#2976 Create and use an ID range during ipa trust-add

After the trust is set up successfully with 'ipa trust-add' a corresponding ID range should be created automatically either with values specified on the command line or by mapping the domain sid to a specific range. This range should be used afterwards to map the user and group SIDs to Posix IDs.
