#2821 core freeipa server packages should not depend on samba4 packages

Currently even when not installing freeipa-server-trust-ad the basic freeipa rpms require samba4 components.
In order to be able to upgrade to freeipa 3.0 in current Fedora we need core packages to not depend on samba4-client/samba4-common as they conflict with the samba-client/samba-common ones and would prevent successful updates.
