#2754 Add dnszone-enable and dnszone-disable commands

IPA framework has special commands (e.g. hbacrule-enable, hbacrule-disable) to enable/disable objects like hbacrule, selinuxusermap, users, etc.

Add these commands for DNS zone object as well to make the interface complete.
