The new samba4 packages will contain not only the samba-3 daemon like smbd and nmbd but additionally the samba daemon from samba-4. Systemd service files are already included for the samba-3 daemons, but not for the samba-4 one. Since both services would conflict it might be better just add the new service file to the docs section.
samba4-alpha19 already contains a systemd server file which can be used.
We will not ship a MIT based KDC any time soon.
