#2533 Bring back SysV support to samba4 for RHEL

RHEL currently does not have systemd. The samba4 spec file must detect if the build is for RHEL and then use the SysV init scripts instead of the systemd ones

This is only for RHEL6 right? RHEL7 will have systemd?
