From the command line you can run:
ipa permission-add 'mod_mygroup' --targetgroup=mygroup --permissions=write,add,delete --attrs=members
This is impossible to mirror in the WebUI. Without this feature, it is impossible to set up a user that can manage membership for a specific group.
Same is true for filter. The attrs table needs to be there for all permission types on both add and edit.

No, this is a different issue from 2294. This has to do with the Permissions pages themselves.

This patch has failed in QA testing, reopening the ticket.
There is a ticket already opened for this issue found by QE (#2592), it shall be fixed under it.
