389-ds can support multiple winsync agreements on different subtrees. IPA is host-specific so only supports a single agreement currently.
This will take a fair bit of work as there are a lot of assumptions in replication.py and ipa-replica-manage that only a single agreement can be returned, and that it is host-specific.
I don't think this can really be done, we recommend people to use trusts instead.
