ipa-managed-entries man page is incorrect:

--entries does not work.

The option is "--entry".

This does not need a RHEL bugzilla but RHEL should have an [RFE] ipa-managed-entries ... so qe will cover it and documentation with doc it. if you look at the help (which you would not know there was a switch for) ..
