The internal db of the embedded CA is at /usr/lib64/dirsrv/slapd-PKI-IPA/ In IPA we need to support read only /usr so we install main DS instance into /var/lib/dirsrv/scripts-.../ The CA instance should also be installed under /var/lib{64}/dirsrv
This will go away with new the consolidated instance.
With #2836 patches applied, there is no PKI DS any more, except in servers upgraded from older versions. Is that a problem? If not, we can close this as invalid or duplicate.
We can close if we are comfortable with the current state of things.
I would close it when the consolidation patches get pushed.
Accepting for the meantime, then.
