#2140 Fine-tuning for new samba4 package

The samba4 package needs some fine.tuning with respect to Provides, Conflicts etc options so the it can be used as a replacement of the current samba4 package and as an uptate to the current samba package

I'm working on this.

added Conflicts for samba packages
added systemd files
cleaned up specfile
fixed a lot of warnings
