At the moment we store our own windows domain interop info under cn=ad,cn=trusts,$suffix, but that area should probably be populated exclusively by trusted domains info. We should probably put our own domain info somewhere under cn=etc which is where this kind of info should probably reside. We may put it under cn=ad-dc,cn=ipa,cn=etc or something similar.
I have a working patch which also changes the used objectclass in my tree. I will send this patch together with the ones from #1874 to keep everything in a consistent state. Moving to next milestone.
