Some parts of Web UI have static width. UI is optimized for English strings. This can cause layout/visual issue when using non-English language (in browser preference) which has long strings for short English equivalents.

Found issues in Spanish:
- in top level of the menu "SEVIDOR IPA" ("IPA SERVER") overlaps its background.
- buttons in add dialog don't fit on a single line
