Title of the Web UI is currently a static string. It should be configurable to reflect IPA's use and to be internationalizable.
We should probably defer/postpone this ticket.
Original idea was: define the title in one place where it can be translated and use it multiple locations. But the desired locations are pages in migration, browser configuration or error page. These pages should work without any ajax json server calls because they have to work even if the user is not authenticated. It limits us from getting the localized strings from the server.
It may raise question: "How should we translate these pages?".
