Managed Entry Templates already exist in cn=etc, and are replicated during the replication process.
Because objects with managed entries are replicated prior to the importation of the Managed Entries ldif, errors are thrown:
"managed-entries-plugin - mep_mod_post_op: Unable to find config for origin entry"
If we configure nsslapd-pluginConfigArea to point to cn=etc and move the Managed Entry Definitions there, we should be able to minimize the amount of configuration during the initial replication.
