#1613 Inconsistent image names

The images in install/ui use inconsistent combination of capitalization, dashes, and underscores in their names, for example:
- Mainnav-background.png
- combobox_open.png
- ui-bg_flat_65_ffffff_40x100.png
The images should have more standardized names and possibly be moved into a separate folder (e.g. install/ui/images).
