If you install and then remove a directory server using the script
/usr/sbin/remove-ds.pl
It backs up the configuration files as /etc/dirsrc/slapd-INSTANCE.removed
But the installer does not identify this as a removed configuration, and refuses to install.
We can't do much about it...
