#1606 When modifying system configuration on SELinux-enabled systems, restore security context
Closed: Fixed None Opened 12 years ago by abbra.

When SELinux is enabled, creating temporary files and then replacing with them an original configuration file will require re-applying SELinux default label on the file.

Patch https://www.redhat.com/archives/freeipa-devel/2011-August/msg00111.html fixes this for /etc/sysconfig/network in ipa-client-install.

Please consider for IPA 2.1 release as otherwise dynamic clients with DHCP will have trouble starting up with proper hostnames.
