Tried to add the word "Enable" to the label for Configuration: Enable_migration and it was going to force an upgrade of the API etc. Changing the text will not break ABI
Right, it doesn't affect the ABI. I left it in there to give people pause when changing labels because it has other impacts as well (e.g. translations).
Fixed in #2107.
