Need to do something about this message:
Run /usr/sbin/ipa-ldap-updater to complete the upgrade process.
The original purpose was to detect when someone is doing an update to an installed server and have them apply any LDAP updates that may be required. We will do this differently in v2 so we can eliminate this message.

This patch also includes a change for ticket 219

It used to print a message about ipa-ldap-updater if /etc/httpd/conf.d/ipa-rewrite.conf existed. It shouldn't now.
