#1404 Config: Name on the configuration page is irrelevant and means nothing to an admin

The Name field on the IPA Server Configuration page, really means nothing to an
administrator. The field is irrelevant and really is not necessary. If it was
possible to create more than one configuration, it would be different. At
minimim, it should not be an editable field that gives an incorrect error if
you attempt to modify it.

- Log into IPA Server Web UI ad admin
- IPA Server ---> Configuration
- Attempt to modify "Name"

If that is the case, then the field should come across with an ACI saying that it is not modifyable, but we can remove it completely from the configuration page if you want. I suggest we do both.
