When userA is logged into IPA UI, and userB kinits, userA will notice changes in UI based on what userB is allowed, but the "Logged in" info still indicates it is userA. Refresh the browser, and now it will indicate and function for userB.
- kinit as admin - open browser, and can edit users - kinit as userB - the browser indicates it is "logged in" as admin, but cannot edit users - refresh the browser, and logged in changes to userB, and not being able to edit, makes more sense, since you now know you are not logged in as admin anymore - but you can edit userB's info - which are non-critical but specific to userB
