Description[[BR]] When installing ipa server, the CA instance creation takes several minutes. It would be good to note this as it just appears to hang. If possible, a status bar or percentage output would be nice.

This is just the beginning. I'm going to see if there is more that can be done but for the most part the long breaks are 2 calls. I'm considering putting an expected time for each step but we'll see.
