Every successful command is logged at /var/log/httpd/error_log and tagged as
[error]

sudorule_remove_host(u'sudorule1', all=False, raw=False, version=u'2.1',
host=(u'test.example.com',)): SUCCESS

This is just the way Apache does logging. We'd need to handle our own logs to avoid this. Closing as wontfix.
