#1206 Installation crashes with systemd native services

After the chkconfig-1.3.52-1.fc15.x86_64 systemd native services are not printed in chkcondif --list. This crashes the installation:

Configuring ntpd
  [1/4]: stopping ntpd
  [2/4]: writing configuration
  [3/4]: configuring ntpd to start on boot
Unexpected error - see ipaserver-install.log for details:
 Command '/sbin/chkconfig --list ntpd' returned non-zero exit status 1
