#1105 Need force option in DNS zone adder dialog

When adding a new DNS zone, IPA server will verify whether the nameserver is in DNS. Sometimes it is necessary to skip the verification. With CLI that can be done by specifying a --force option. The UI currently provides this option for hosts and services, but not for DNS zones.
