#1034 NS records are not created when DNS server is installed on replica

When user installs a new DNS instance on a replica, no new NS records are added to the zone. Admin must do so manually.

It would be nice to have this documented for 2.0

Sorry, I wasn't clear enough in the opening comment:

It would be nice to have this documented for 2.0 AND fixed in a later version (2.1?)
