Spec file: ipa-client depends on krb5-pkinit-openssl
    
    Now that ipa-client-installs supports pkinit, the package
    depends on krb5-pkinit-openssl.
    Update the spec file, move the dependency from ipa-server
    to ipa-client subpackage.
