ipatests: Add nightly definitions for enforcing mode
    
    Duplicates the scenario for nightly_latest.yaml and
    nightly_latest_testing.yaml setting `selinux_enforcing` parameter
    as True.
    
    Indentation for all definitions have been fixed.
