Foolowing a blog post about using fpaste-server, I have start to look on making fpaste aware of other fpaste-server instance. Here is a preliminary patch to place the url in a constant so it is easier to patch the script

What about in fact adding a config file, like some basic ini file ( something that would be readable from basic python ) ? Would /etc/fpasterc and ~/.config/fpasterc be ok ?
