mingw: remove vertical alignment of example spec field values
    
    Illustrating vertically aligned field values is undesirable as they
    inevitably slip out of alignment over time as changes are made. Since
    there is no Fedora standard for this, it doesn't make sense to promote
    it as a specific formatting approach in MinGW guidelines.
