Revert "Make the filepath shown in the UI an unicode"
    
    We had added that commit because the tests in:
    ``tests/test_pagure_merge_pr_no_fork.py`` was flaky on jenkins and
    we thought it could be related.
    This test has been fixed in: fe8d0f69b29ae8d81008d4b5865523039523dbb4
    so this change is no longer needed (and even potentially harmful now)
