libre: [linux-libre-vanilla]: Update to 6.3.3
    
    The call to scripts/setlocalversion was removed because:
    - Since Linux commit f6e09b07cc12a4d104bb19fe7566b0636f60c413
      ("kbuild: do not put .scmversion into the source tarball"),
      the --save-scmversion option was removed.
    - The Arch Linux PKGBUILD also doesn't have --save-scmversion anymore.
