beaker-tests: fix tests for Red Hat copr
    
    (a) Red Hat Copr builds by default from Red Hat DistGit instance, so we
        have to explicitly tell the `--distgit fedora`.
    (b) We have to use a different Copr DistGit clone url.
    (c) Behave wrapper needs to have the important variables like
        FRONTEND_URL exported.
    (d) Adding a convenience wrapper for "all-in-tmux" pre-setting the valid
        internal URLs.
    (e) Make sure we trust the internal CA.
