Rename "ursine" packages to "nonmodular"
In the quest of standardizing names, stop using "ursine".
An etymological explanation: A nonmodular package was a package
without modular metadata, hence the package was "bare". That was
homophoned to "bear" during phone calls. And finally, because people
kept asking "bear or bare?", "ursine" was pun-coined as an unanbiguous
synonym for "bare". The large furry mammals then born names for other
module-related technologies like Ursa Major and Ursa Minor, Koji
tagging services.
