Remove incorrect description of following content
    
    The first section of SourcesURL.adoc claims that the following content
    is about "case were upstream is not providing the source in a tarball".
    Actually, the content covers a bit of that,
    but is mainly about other topics.
    
    Just removing the incorrect paragraph makes the text better,
    so it is removed.
