[beaker-tests-sanity] use hello package from different source
    
    Adam recently cleaned his asamalik.fedorapeople.org page
    and some of our tests stopped working becaues of 404
    on `hello` and `evilhello` packages.
    
    I already have those two packages on my frostyx.fedorapeople.org
    so I would suggest temporarily using them to at least get through
    release. Then we can move them to some more reliable source.
    
    I've substituted the hardcoded URLs with variables, so we can
    easily change them in the future.
