Jenkinsfile: pass --no-cleanup-after to mock
    
    Currently the EPEL7 mock build is failing in our Jenkins runs, but the
    mock-result/el7 subdirectory is being left empty with no build logs, so
    I can't figure out why it's actually failing. This might help.
