Supply component NVR if we know it in the poller.
    
    The poller used to only look for failed or cancelled builds.  In those
    cases, there is no way to know the NVR associated with the task.
    
    Now that we also handle completed builds in the poller, we should pass
    along the NVR from the koji build.
