Add more auth options to dogtag-submit
    
    Add options to dogtag-submit to allow it to pass user names and DNs (-u,
    -U), passwords (-w, -W), and PINs (-y, -Y) to profileSubmit, and to use
    profileSubmitSSLClient with the agent creds instead of profileSubmit
    when passed the -a flag.
